Jonathan Spearman started Mythos Epicure in 2014. From humble beginnings amidst the suds and sizzle of a quirky breakfast joint (where the aroma of freshly baked wonders first sparked a culinary fire), Chef Jon embarked on a 12-year epicurean adventure. Starting as a dish warrior and prep apprentice, the siren song of unique fusion flavors and rustic techniques lured him through the ranks. Now, as the creative force behind Mythos Epicure, Chef Jon weaves together culinary tales from around the globe, crafting fusion recipes that are anything but mythical.
